A Ciao Italia Cooking Lesson with Mary Ann Esposito


Mary Ann Esposito, author, culinary instructor, and hostess of television’s Ciao Italia, returns to Boston University, this time to teach a hands-on cooking class. Learn how to prepare a simple, satisfying Italian meal with expert, one-on-one instruction from one of America’s leading voices on Italian cuisine. Mary Ann will lead you through a four course menu where you do the cooking, followed by a sit down meal with the chef, and paired with delicious Italian wines. The menu will include: Antipasto, Polenta with Mushroom Ragu, Chicken Marsala with Capers and Broccoli Rape, and a Plum Tart. Limited enrollment
