Alsace with Raymond Ost and Sandy Block


Enjoy the unique Franco-Germanic heritage of France’s Alsace region through its foods and wine. Chef Raymond Ost, of Sandrine’s Bistro (Cambridge, MA), and Sandy Block, certified Master of Wine, lead this discussion and tasting of traditional dishes, paired with native grape varietals, such as Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, and Pinot Blanc. On the menu: onion tartelette, Alsatian choucroute, and fresh fruit millefeuille.
