Whether you want to start a cafe, pizza shop, restaurant or pub you will need a plan and expert advice on how to go about it. John Vyhnanek, a restaurant consultant, small business owner, culinary instructor and chef will guide you through this certificate program along with other foodservice and business professionals who will share their insights into the process during a panel forum.

Certificate requirements---Attend all 4 sessions and prepare a business plan to be handed in at the 4th session. (Business plan to be held in confidence)
