Natural Cuisine and Natural Wine with Bill Nesto and Victor Beguin


This class goes green as it pairs sustainable, organic, and

biodynamic cuisine with sustainable, organic, and biodynamic

wine. Executive Chef Victor Béguin, of Boston University's

Sargent Center in New Hampshire, will transform the finest

natural ingredients into a delicious tasting menu. Bill Nesto,

MW, will pair Béguin’s creations with artisanal wines that

reflect the natural beauty of their origins.
