Come learn how to make the dishes that an Italian mama would be proud of! This means starting from scratch, making home-made ricotta and pasta, and turning them into an Italian meal: Bruschetta with ricotta fresca and roasted peppers, braciola with linguine and tomato & basil sauce, and chocolate dipped cannoli.
