The Dark Side of Champagne: Blanc de Noir with Bill Nesto

Dark-skinned grapes, the Pinot Noir and the Pinot Meunier, make up more than 2/3rds of the typical Champagne blend.  These grapes add richness and fruitiness to the Champagne blend. Bill Nesto, MW and wine instructor, will take us on a tutored tasting of exceptional Blanc de Noirs, from pale gold to pink, from dry to sweet.
