A Taste of Sicily


During this very special weekend, join Fabritizia Tasca Lanza, in discovering the food, wine and history of Sicily. We will learn about the many cultures that influenced Sicilian cuisine, including Greek, Arab, Spanish & Bourbon. After, we will discover the influence Sicilians have had on our own culture, through immigration, as well as their foodways in literature and film. Interspersed with the lectures will be cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, tasting lunches, dinners and a film screening. Includes all food and wine.
