John Vyhnanek— restaurant consultant, small business owner, culinary instructor, and chef—will teach you the skills you need to open and run your own successful business. Course topics include an introduction to equipment, preparing and storing foods, and the elements of setting up your business: taxes, liability, sales, and profit.
