In collaboration with the Seaport World Trade Center & Seaport Hotel, Bill Nesto and Sandy Block, New England’s only resident Masters of Wine – and teachers of wine studies at Boston University’s Elizabeth Bishop Wine Resource Center – will present a two-day immersion course in Champagne and sparking wines from around the world. Attendees will learn about and taste a selection of the highest quality these wines, along with dinners that feature sparkling wine paired with exquisite food, at Icarus and Legal Seafoods. Classes are held at the Seaprot Hotel and World Trade Center. Includes two full-day immersion seminars, all wines, lunches and dinners.
Seminars run from 9am - 5pm. Dinners begin at 7pm each evening.
