On Friday, June 19, 2009 at about 3:45 P.M. the suspect depicted below entered the 675 Commonwealth Avenue 3rd floor women's bathroom (opposite Room 339). He then entered the stall next to the one the victim was in and looked down on her from over the top of the dividing wall. The suspect fled the bathroom in an unknown direction when the victim screamed. This individual is a suspect in two similar unreported incidents from April and May 2009, and possibly a third incident that was reported on May 6, 2009.
Suspect Description
Fair skinned white male in his 30's, about 5'08" tall, medium build, with dark colored eyes. Suspect has short dark thinning hair on the sides of his head, is bald on top and has very hairy arms.
The suspect was last seen wearing a short sleeved white polo shirt, dark colored sweat pants and black sandals. He wore a silver colored watch with a braided metal band on his left wrist.
