The September 15, 2008, edition of BusinessWeek features School of Management alumna Anne Doan (BSBA ’06) on the cover.

The story, covering the 50 best places in the nation to launch one’s career, listed Ernst & Young LLP accounting firm as the #1 employer; Ernst & Young in turn selected Anne as one of their new “high performers” to represent the company and their top-ranked reputation on the magazine’s cover.

Says Doan of her early career success, and the School of Management's support along the way:

"I started my career at Ernst & Young during the summer before my senior year at Boston University, by the help of the Feld Career center.  I worked in the Boston office in the international tax group.  After being offered a full-time position at the end of my internship, I decided to transition to the New York Financial Services office, specifically working in the asset management group, where my main clients are private equity and hedge funds.

"During my time here, I have been actively involved in the recruiting process, and I was recently promoted to Senior tax accountant this fall."
