BU School of Management students get inside look at “Disney Keys to Excellence”
A dedicated session, for the SMG community only, on Loyalty--Disney Style
Today, Boston University School of Management (SMG) Executive Leadership Center sponsored an exclusive event for the SMG community, the “Disney Keys to Excellence” seminar, providing a unique glimpse into Disney's secret to success over the last 75 years. Facilitated by a vast network of Disney insiders, this world-class Disney Institute seminar offered a behind-the-scenes look at best practices in customer loyalty used throughout the Walt Disney World® organization.

Students and faculty were able to glimpse the "business behind the magic,” learning about the unique philosophies that have made Disney a top brand across the globe and a leader in creativity, quality, and innovation.
