MBA Program in Top 50 Overall Among U.S. Business Schools

The Financial Times’ 2008 annual ranking of business schools places Boston University School of Management second throughout the world for Best in IT Programs and eighth for Best in e-Business Programs. The School was also ranked among the top fifty MBA programs in the U.S.

This School’s MBA curriculum uniquely fuses the art, science, and technology of business. In addition to teaching about the increasing role of technology in business, we develop effective business leaders by imparting an understanding of, and an appreciation for, the “art” of business in combination with the traditional business sciences. - Louis E. Lataif, Dean, Boston University School of Management

“With so many business schools competing in this important arena, we’re very pleased to receive this level of international recognition,” said Louis E. Lataif, Dean, Boston University School of Management.  “This year, we’ve noted a 19% increase in MBA applications,” Dean Lataif continued, “a strong indication that prospective students are recognizing the unique kind of graduate management education we offer. Approximately 30% of the applications are from overseas, reflective of our growing international reputation.”
