Chris Boundy (’04) joins the IP Department of Pepper Hamilton as an associate

Boston, MA – Pepper Hamilton LLP announced four associates and two technical specialists recently joined the law firm’s Intellectual Property Department in the Boston office.
The new associates are Christopher M. Boundy, George S. Haight, IV, Caleb H. Hogan andAndrew W. Schultz.
Mr. Boundy has experience with Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission, as well as district court litigation. He has litigated matters involving a variety of industries and technologies, including virtual private networks, light panels and hardware code processing. Mr. Boundy also has counseled clients on issues relating to trade secret theft and contractual issues related to intellectual property. Mr. Boundy is a graduate of The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (LL.M. 2009) and Boston University School of Law (J.D. 2004). He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 2000.
