MANCHESTER, New Hampshire---Patricia M. McGrath, a shareholder and member of Devine Millimet’s Trusts and Estates and Labor and Employment practices, has recently co-authored a practice manual for New Hampshire attorneys published by MCLE New England.

Titled A Practical Guide to Estate Planning in New Hampshire, the publication contains information on the many facets of estate planning under New Hampshire and federal law, including New Hampshire's Uniform Trust Code, its Uniform Principal and Income Act, along with more detailed information on estate planning with special needs provisions for nontraditional families, for gifts to grandchildren, charities, and for self-settled asset protection objectives. The authors and editors were selected from a spectrum of private practices and academia, with a focus on providing best practices, caveats, and explanations of some of the most complex concepts in estate planning law in the Granite State.  Attorney McGrath focuses her law practice in two areas: pension and benefits law, and trusts and estates work.

MCLE New England is an imprint of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., dedicated to providing practical print and online resources for lawyers throughout New England.
