Hartford, CT–Robinson & Cole has expanded its reach geographically and in practice depth and breadth with the addition of four new associates to its Hartford, Stamford and New York offices. Robert M. Barrack and Kristopher I. Moore have joined the firm in Hartford, Jona Kim in Stamford, and Kristen N. Smith in New York City.
Kristen Smith is an attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group. She has experience working on a variety of real estate transactions such as permanent loan closings, construction lending, and various aspects of affordable housing matters, including Section 8 Housing assistance. Prior to joining Robinson & Cole, Ms. Smith served as assistant general counsel at the New York City Housing Development Corporation and a Housing Fellow at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University. Ms. Smith is admitted to practice in New York.
