Donna M. White (LL.M. '96) has joined Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, as a shareholder. She will practice in the Business Law and Trusts and Estates practice areas. White concentrates her practice in all areas of estate and trust administration and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, with particular emphasis on leveraged gifting techniques and other wealth transfer tax planning strategies involving trusts and limited liability companies.

White writes and lectures frequently on a wide range of trusts and estates topics, including estate planning and estate and trust administration. She has conducted seminars and published articles for organizations such as Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association, among others.
