Morton Aronson Class of '59 was installed in February as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Region of Israel Bonds. Israel Bonds was instituted by the first Prime Minister of Israel, David Ben Gurion and currently invests revenues from bond sales with the State of Israel annually in excess of one billion dollars. Revenues from these sales are used for commercial purposes, i.e. hospitals, roads, bridges, building construction, ect. as well as economic stimulus for new business ventures.
