Jill Goldenberg ('90) named one of the Best Lawyers in America for 2010 in Family Law

GOLDENBERG RECEIVES THIRD CONSECUTIVE BEST LAWYER OF AMERICA DISTINCTION
Indianapolis, Ind. - Jill E. Goldenberg, partner at the law firm of Cohen Garelick & Glazier, has received the distinction of being named one of The Best Lawyers in America® for 2010 in the specialty of Family Law. Her latest Best Lawyer honor marks the third consecutive year she earned the distinction.
Selection to Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive and rigorous peer-review survey comprising more than two and one half million confidential evaluations by top attorneys in the nation. With the selection process in mind, achieving the status of Best Lawyer is considered a great honor for the few elite attorneys who receive the distinction.
Goldenberg received her B.S. degree with distinction in business from Indiana University. She was honored as an Edward F. Hennessey scholar at Boston University School of Law where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Goldenberg is certified by the Indiana Certifying Organization of the Indiana Bar Association as an Indiana Certified Family Law Specialist. She is also a registered domestic mediator. Since completing her mediation training, Goldenberg has mediated over 100 cases. Further, she serves as a family law arbitrator. Goldenberg devotes the majority of her practice to family law matters or mediations and arbitrations involving family law matters. She continues to be in demand as a featured lecturer on family law and alternative dispute resolution topics for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. Further, Goldenberg has been an author on several family law appellate decisions. Her selection as a Best Lawyer for 2009 builds on previous Best Lawyer honors in 2007 and 2008. In addition, she was recognized in 2008 and 2009 as a Super Lawyer in her field.
