Medical-Legal Partnership is increasingly embraced as a model to comprehensively address the complex challenges faced by vulnerable populations. it also is viewed as a satisfying and fulfilling way for people from diverse disciplines to redefine and enhance their professional and societal roles.
The conference will bring together the next generation of physicians, lawyers, nurses, public health specialists, social workers and other professionals for an interactive forum on how interdisciplinary collaboration works to promote health and wellbeing. Students will have the opportunity to participate in multiple workshops facilitated by experienced clinicians and attorneys.
