How did you get started as a chef:
I started in China. I went to cooking school there. Then, I moved to the United States and worked in a Chinese food restaurant. After a few years there, I came to BU and worked as a second cook. That was about 20 years ago. Now, I am the head chef and I’ve held this position for 9 years.
