Fresh Food Company Chef John Johnson has shared one if his signature dishes with the entire campus.
On Tuesday November 10th during dinner make sure to try Johns' signature dish: Grilled Swordfish Steak with a Wild Mushroom Risotto Cake and Sautéed Spinach with Garlic.
This special entree will be featured at all five residential dining halls starting with dinner at 5pm. Try this wonderful dish and learn a little more about one of the great chefs here at Boston University.

Favorite ingredient to cook with: I enjoy using all different ingredients and cooking all types of cuisines, but I especially like making soups.
Favorite dish to make: I love cooking Italian food, especially spaghetti and meatballs.
How many children do you have: 2 girls.
How did you get started as a chef:
I started in a frat house when I was 16 years old. I stuck with it and went to Johnson & Wales University. I’ve cooked all over the country including the Midwest, New York City, and New Jersey. I’ve been at BU for 9 years.
