The recorders included in the collection are more than 300 years old and were crafted by the finest recorder makers in Europe at that time. Generously loaned by Friedrich Von Huene, these recorders will be heard for the first time in this concert of Telemann's Fantasias among other works. As a performer on the recorder, Aldo Abreu has toured throughout the U.S., Europe, New Zealand, Central America, and his native Venezuela.
