The countdown to BU's longest running multicultural showcase starts NOW! In the national language of the Philippines, the word “isa” means "one." Hosted by the BU's Filipino Student Association, ISA: The World is One has been entertaining and inspiring hundreds of people for ten years now to embrace the diversity of the school's student body, and highlight the talents of its amazing students through song, dance, and other forms of expression- traditional and modern.
This year's show is set to be the BIGGEST one yet! You do not want to miss out on this explosion of cultures from around the world.

Tickets will be $8 in advance in the GSU starting Monday, March 15, and $10 at the door, so be sure to get yours as soon as possible- they sell out quick.

A portion of the proceeds from our show will also go towards helping the Gawad Kalinga Organization. Translated into English, Gawad Kalinga means, “to give care.” GK’s main goal is to battle the blatant problem of poverty in the Philippines and all over the world. GK is now in the process of transforming poverty stricken areas in the Philippines with the goal of building 700,000 homes in 7,000 villages in 7 years. |
