Summary

Center for Global Health & Development Forum

Description

The Boston University Center for Global Health and Development (CGHD) is delighted to announce a series of forums this spring to showcase its global health activities and invite discussion from our colleagues and students in the wider BU community. Forums are scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month, February through June. Each forum will open at noon with a 45 minute talk by one of CGHD’s faculty or partners, followed by a half-hour of discussion. The CGHD is a multidisciplinary applied research center that seeks to engage faculty from across BU to help solve the critical global health and social development challenges of our time. The mission of the center is to conduct high-quality, policy and program-relevant applied research and to advocate for the use of the research evidence to improve the health of low-income or marginalized populations around the world.
