With special education litigation booming these days, you just can't avoid it if you care about ed law! Rich Connolly, the director of the Bureau of Special Education Appeals, will be addressing current issues in special education.
Rich Connolly worked for eight years at the Office for Children including time as the Acting Commissioner. He was an adjunct faculty member at the New England School of Law for ten years. Connolly was a member of the Board of Directors and vice-president of the Massachusetts Juvenile Bar Association from 2001 through February 2006. In addition, he served four years on the Melrose School Committee. He assumed his current position of Director of the Bureau of Special Education Appeals in March 2006. |
