Sushi with Sam Huang

Join Sam Huang, chef/owner of Super Fusion Cuisine in Brookline and Watertown, for a fun class on how to make sushi and Asian fusion dishes. You’ll make different types of maki rolls and sashimi, along with sushi rice and accompaniments. Chef Huang will also demonstrate how to make some of his other exceptional signature dishes, which will be paired with Asian beer and sake.
