Laurence Delina, a post-doctoral associate at the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future, will discuss his recent book, Strategies for Rapid Climate Mitigation (Routledge 2016), at a seminar on September 27, 2016 at the Pardee Center. The book explores whether the rapid mobilization among countries in preparation for World War II is an appropriate analogy for the scale and speed required for an effective response to the transnational threat of climate change in the 21st century. |
