Richard Ney is founder and managing partner in the firm Ney & Adams where he practices criminal defense. Mr. Ney was one of two Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel in the United States, trying and consulting with defense counsel in capital cases. He is the recipient of this year’s Victor J.
