Sargent Choice Test Kitchen

Join Faculty-in-Residence, Karen Jacobs for the first of her weekly open hours. She will be joined by Professor Nathan Phillips & Ed Byers of Cindy's Kitchen to discuss sustainability & eating locally grown products. We'll be making a Sargent Choice recipe, Peach Cobbler.
