This program assists law students of color to prepare for the upcoming recruiting season. Volunteer attorneys and legal recruiters from BLG member organizations will share tips on how to market yourself to employers. They will highlight the key aspects of a legal interview, including what employers look for when they interview law students for summer associate and full time positions. You will participate in two practice employment interviews for
twenty minutes each, followed by critical feedback on your interviewing skills and your resume.

Submit Your Resume: You are required to e-mail a copy of your resume to Kia LeBeau Mahouassa at
firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than March 15, 2013. Your interviewers will review your resume and provide you with feedback during your mock interview. We will notify you on or around March 20, 2013, regarding whether you have been selected to participate in the program and will also provide you with the names of your interviewers.
