District Court and Boston Municipal Court Bench Meets Bar

This Bench Meets Bar program is a golden opportunity to learn more about the rules, procedures, and programs in the District Court and Boston Municipal Court. The judges will also present on the Limited Assistance Representation program, which is a great way for young lawyers to gain experience representing their own client. After this seminar, attendees will know the differences between the BMC and the District Court, the procedures and practices in both courts, and the advantages and disadvantages to trying your case in the District Court versus the Superior Court. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions as well as meet the judges one on one during the reception to follow.
