The 2010 William J. Bicknell Lecture will feature a lecture by David Cutler, Otto Eckstein Professor of Applied Economics at Harvard University on the topic of "Controlling Health Care Costs: Your Money or Your Life?" What will happen to the cost of health care under the Obama Administration's new national health care law? Will the tab continue to rise, or will the new law create opportunities to create efficiencies? And what effect will it have on the quality of care in America?
