Dr. Brian McKercher will lead an IHI seminar discussion of his argument about British strength and relative American weakness during the interwar period. He will include a response to his (generally, American) critics.
Dr. McKercher is Professor of History and Chair of War Studies at the Royal Military College of Canada.
