NSF Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) Site

The Boston University Photonics Center National Science Foundation (NSF) Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) site in Integrated Nanomanufacturing program ran from July 6 – August 14, 2015.  Ten teachers were immersed in engineering research experiences to explore the design, fabrication, and application of nanometer-scale components in optical, electronic, mechanical and biomedical systems addressing important technological problems.  RET teachers were mentored by Photonics faculty members who represent more than a dozen disciplines across several colleges.  For full information on the program, click here.
