Request a Photo Shoot

Please submit this form at least two to three weeks in advance of your shoot date to secure a photographer. For short-notice shoots needed within three business days or less, please contact BU Photography directly by phone at 617-353-3670.

For all custom location shoots and special photography requirements, please contact the Creative Director for a consultation and quote. 617-353-5542.

To give us any background information or a story draft for this assignment, you may send us up to two files (doc, txt, jpg, rtf, xls, or pdf). Complete the Shoot Description box in Step 2 below, and send attachments to buphotos@bu.edu. For delivery details, complete the Special Instructions box in Step 3.
