The Department of Philosophy is part of the College of Arts and Sciences, the largest college within Boston University.
In 2011-2012 over 2,500 students were enrolled in philosophy courses, 159 students were declared undergraduate philosophy majors, and 28 were declared undergraduate minors.
In 2011-2012 the Department awarded 59 undergraduate degrees in philosophy and 14 undergraduate minors in philosophy.
