Lecturer in Philosophy

James Kinkaid (Ph.D., Boston University) works primarily on the phenomenological tradition, especially as it bears on contemporary issues in metaphysics and the philosophies of logic, mathematics, and mind. At BU he has taught Introduction to Philosophy (PH 100), Introduction to Ethics (PH 150), Reasoning & Argumentation (PH 160), Existentialism (PH 248), Puzzles & Paradoxes (PH 261), and History of Modern Philosophy (PH 310).
