The Graduate Student Association
meets to discuss philosophical issues and matters
of practical concern. The Association
meets twice per semester with the Department
Chair and the Director of Graduate Studies
to review policy, discuss developments in the
department, and any issues of concern.
The GSA hosted its first
Graduate Student Conference: Immanuel Kant
April 23-24, 2004, with a keynote address by
Professor Henry E. Allison entitled: “Kant
and the Two Dogmas of Rationalism.” Other activities include informal social get-togethers
and assisting new students transitioning to the
city and the program. |
