About the conference
The Boston University 2004 Graduate Student Kant Conference
This conference is intended to provide a forum for
graduate students to present and develop original
research on any topic in Kant's philosophy.
Presentations will be arranged thematically to
allow for students with similar interests to
engage with an audience of their intellectual
peers. In this year of the bicentennial
anniversary of Kant's death, we are pleased to
provide graduate students with an opportunity to
contribute to the continuing tradition of Kant
scholarship.
Distinguished Boston University Kant scholar Henry
E. Allison will give the keynote address,
entitled "Kant and the Two Dogmas of Rationalism,"
on the evening of Friday, April 23, 2004. This
lecture will be open to the public.
