Philosophy is the cornerstone for higher education, the foundation from which almost every other discipline arose historically. Today, students of philosophy are able to have a deeper understanding of the theories and thought processes behind their increasingly diverse academic interests, while having a solid bedrock of critical thinking and analysis. Students of philosophy are encouraged to engage with some of the most interesting and complex questions about life and our place in it, often finding some of the most thought provoking and stimulating conversation to be had at our university.
