Important message regarding our third annual Pharmaceuticals Program Sympsoium-volunteers needed!

in Events
January 28th, 2014

As you may have heard, the Pharmaceuticals Program hosts an annual symposium. This year’s topic is Financing Pharmaceuticals during Budgetary Austerity, Domestically and Internationally.

It will be held on Friday, February 28th, from 1 pm until 7 pm in Bakst Auditorium, Boston University School of Medicine. The event includes two panels, one discussing domestic issues and the other discussing international issues. We have professional and academic panelists on both panels which makes this event an excellent networking opportunity. After both discussion sessions, students will have an opportunity to network in the lobby, and refreshments and food will be served.

Right now we are looking for volunteers!

We are looking for students to help with communications, event preparation, setup and clean up as well as support during the event.

This is an excellent resume builder, and you are able to choose the amount of time you would like to allot to this event.

If you are interested in participating please email Madeleine Kuhn, or Evelyn Tae Yeon Koh with:

1. Your name

2. How you would like to help out (communication, setup, etc.)

3. Whether you can meet at Tuesday from 5 – 6 pm and/or Thursday from 5 – 6 pm.

Very best,

Madeleine & Evelyn
