Outstanding opportunity for recent life sciences graduates at PAREXEL!

We are looking for qualified candidates interested in becoming Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Data Analysts and Clinical Supply Specialists with PAREXEL  International’s Clinical Research Services group.  

Through an exciting partnership with Salem State University, candidates selected will join PAREXEL on January 31st for a 2 day orientation and then attend classes at Salem State University for a 7 week training program. New hires will earn a post-graduate certificate in clinical research and trial management and then being their full time role with PAREXEL as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Supply Specialist of Clinical Data Analyst in our Billerica, MA office.

The program is an investment in the learning journey of our junior talent to prepare them for a rewarding and challenging career experience with PAREXEL. The training they receive should prepare and position them as well-rounded and skilled employees in the area of clinical research and trial management

The curriculum is marked by rich modules in the following areas: Drug Development Processes, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Monitoring/Site Management, Clinical Data Management, Clinical Logistics, Client Relationships

As a graduate of the Salem State program at PAREXEL, you will be prepared to take on the challenging role of Clinical Research Associate.

As a CRA at PAREXEL, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the worldwide success of the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries in preventing and curing disease. Specifically, you will be the on-site representative of PAREXEL and your project team, serving as a resource to your team member and the investigative sites with which you work.

To qualify, you should have the ability to travel up to 80% and have one or more of the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Life Sciences

Ability to successfully work in a (‘virtual’) team environment

Client focused approach to work

Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks

Meticulous attention to detail

Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives

Shows commitment to and performs consistently high quality work
