Instructor-led classes are held in a 12-seat training classroom at 100 Cummington Street. Self-paced tutorials are available on a walk-in basis in the ACS Help Desk at 111 Cummington Street.

Sign up for instructor-led classes on Microsoft Office topics, FileMaker Pro, and Photoshop or view and print class handouts (BU network or Web Login only). Handouts for all of our tutorials, and for many of our retired tutorials, are available to users on the BU network, or through Web Login from off-campus.

Self-Paced Tutorials
Learn from a variety of tutorials you can take at the ACS Help Desk at 111 Cummington, or at your own computer.

Element K Self-Paced Tutorials
You or your department can license these Web-based tutorials for a very low annual fee. Once licensed, you can take these tutorials with any Web browser.

Use an external (commercial) training company
If the Office of Information Technology does not offer a course you need, there are several vendors in the area that do provide education pricing.
