Early Bird help

Time to renew your account? Your BU login name must be renewed after you arrive on campus for the start of the semester. To renew, bring your official Boston University picture ID to the I/O Services Window, in the basement of 111 Cummington Street. Students on the Medical Campus can renew at the Computer Lab at the Alumni Medical Library at 715 Albany Street, 11th floor.

You will also be required to pick a new password. If you use a desktop mail program and had saved your current/old password, read our instructions on clearing it out so you can begin to use the new one.

Want more information about the Early Bird program? See www.bu.edu/computing/earlybird/.
