Importing/Exporting Bookmarks and Favorites
Browser "Bookmarks" or "Favorites" can be exported from one application and imported into the other; or shared between the same application on different computers. Exporting from Netscape
1. Launch Netscape. If you are using a specific profile, make sure to launch the profile that has the Bookmarks you want.
2. Depending on the version you are using, choose Communicator->Bookmarks->Edit Bookmarks or Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks from the menu
3. Depending on the version you are using, choose File-Save As or File->Export Bookmarks
4. Give the file a name and save it. You may want to save it to the Desktop so it will be easy to find.
5. Exit out of Netscape and take note of where that file is.
Exporting from Internet Explorer
To export your Favorites file from IE...
1. Launch IE.
2. Choose File-Import and Export->Next-Export Favorites and click Next
3. Choose to Export to a File and Browse to put it someplace you will find it (such as the Desktop), then click Next
4. Give the file a name and save it.
5. Exit out of Netscape and take note of where that file is.

Importing to Netscape
1. Launch Netscape. If you are using a specific profile, make sure to launch the profile that you want to put the file into.
2. Depending on the version you are using, choose Communicator->Bookmarks->Edit Bookmarks or Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks from the menu
3. Depending on the version you are using, choose File-Import or File->Import Bookmarks
4. Point to the new Bookmarks or Favorites file and import it.
5. Exit out of Netscape.
Importing to Internet Explorer
1. Launch IE.
2. Choose File-Import and Export->Next
3. Indicate that you want to Import Favorites and then click on Next
4. Choose to Import from a File and Browse to locate the Bookmarks or Favorites file, then click Next
5. Choose which folder to import into and then click Next and Finish
