PCSC Full-time Staff
PCSC full-time staff are subject-matter experts who oversee the operation of our support center, our tutorials program, and the information on our Web site. Full-time staff write and teach tutorial classes and coordinate documentation and support for IT initiatives. We offer analysis and consulting on a wide variety of projects and routinely work with individuals or groups to help with things like database development, special training sessions, or planning a departmental purchase. PCSC services are a free resource for the University community.
PCSC Student Consultants
PCSC Student Computer Consultants are Boston University students who provide frontline phone and walk-in support in room B19 at 111 Cummington Street.
