The Personal Computing Support Center
The Personal Computing Support Center is a department of the Office of Information Technology. We provide personal computing support to the students, faculty and staff of Boston University via this Web site, our tutorials program, individual consulting, usability testing, and our telephone and walk-in support center.
Within this site you will find information about connecting
your
computer
to Ethernet and wireless networks, protecting it from viruses and spyware,
using e-mail, using
supported software, purchasing computers,
taking tutorials, and many other topics.
We fully support both Windows and the Mac OS.
Current PCSC Hours
Monday: 9AM to 8PM
Tuesday-Friday: 9AM to 5PM
Saturday: 12PM to 4PM
Closed on Sundays and Boston University holidays
