  • Check the various permit types to see which fits your needs.
  • Complete a Parking Permit application and bring it to Parking & Transportation Services. Alternately, employees may apply online for their permits.

  • Evening instructors may obtain no charge Evening parking permits with a co-signed application from their department (application).
  • Review the Parking & Transportation Services brochure you receive when purchasing your permit as well as the Regulations listed on this website.

MBTA Corporate Pass

  • Review the different transit pass types available. NOTE: While there is no discount for passes purchased through this program, deductions up to $230/month are taken out pre-tax. (The tax-sheltered portion of the permit fee will increase to $240/month  on January 1, 2012.)
  • Apply for your MBTA pass in person or online through the Employee Link.
  • Retrieve your T-pass each month from Parking & Transportation Services.

Charles River Bicycle Permit

  • Register your bicycle online with Parking & Transportation Services.
  • Request access to the Warren Towers indoor Bicycle room through the online form.

BUMC Reciprocal Agreement

Boston University’s Charles River and Medical campuses have a reciprocal parking arrangement that allows Faculty and Staff based on one campus to park their vehicles in designated areas on the opposite (non- home based) campus, provided they hold one of the permit types identified below. This reciprocal parking agreement does not allow unlimited parking or overnight on the ‘other’ campus for qualified Faculty/Staff permit holders. For the full agreement, please click here.
