The Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) is provided free-of-charge by the Office of Parking Services. If you are parked on University property and experience a problem with your vehicle, we can provide assistance in the following areas:

• Jump-starting a dead battery
• Lock deicing
• Arranging for a tow if a major repair is needed

To Qualify: You must have an active B.U. permit or be a guest of the University and show a valid driver's license that matches the vehicle's registration.

Hours of Service: MAP may be requested by calling (617) 353-8692, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
